Refund policy

Premade items 

Premade items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Little Yarn Garden.

Please contact The Little Yarn Garden before returning an item. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 

Custom Made for You Items 

Because custom items are handmade specifically for you using your selected size, measurements, colors, and design choices, all custom-made items are final sale. 

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, color preference, sizing preference, or incorrect measurement's provided by the customer. 

If I make an error while creating your piece, you are receiving the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, pleases contact The Little Yarn Garden so I can work with you to make it right.  

Custom Order Cancellations 

Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After the 24-hour cancellation period, custom orders generally cannot be canceled because the materials may have been purchased and work on your piece may have begun. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

Please Inspect your order when it arrive. If your item is damaged. defective, or incorrect, contact The Little Yarn Garden as soon as possible. 

Refunds 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
